GLAMBODY CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure the sustainability of the business we operate a fair cancellation policy.

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel/reschedule your appointment. This is to allow us sufficient time to fill the appointment slot.

Any cancellation with less than 24 hours notice or no show is subject to a cancellation fee that will be reflected in the loss of the deposit or in the case of owning a package, in the deduction of one session out of that series of treatment.

Please take into consideration that while we try to schedule our appointments with enough time to allow our customers time to arrive even if they are a few minutes late without compromising another customer's appointment, if you are late more than 15 minutes without notifying this will affect the duration of your appointment or could also be reflected in the loss of the $25 deposit or one session from your package if the service cannot be performed because of the tardiness.

If the $25 deposit was lost for any of the above reasons, and you want to book a new appointment, another $25 deposit will be required.

We understand that this can be disappointing or uncomfortable for some of you, but this is to ensure we can continue to ofter our services for many years to come.
